RESEARCH

The foundation for any design programme is a detailed understanding of the product dynamics from a user standpoint and the market in which the product is intended. By referencing the people who use and market the product throughout the design programme, we ensure the design intent is destined not only to satisfy expectations but also transcends them.

We have conducted focus groups in environments ranging from classrooms in secondary schools to leading high street retailers to deep underground in the UK's biggest coalmines. This commitment to getting in front of the people who are going to be connected to our work is a demonstration of our passion for design. We are not a business who prescribes design; we work with real people to solve real problems.
